Learning To Eat Healthy Foods
Good nutrition is the key to staying healthy. You will start by replacing two meals and two snacks per day with Take Charge® functional foods, a complete nutritionally balanced meal. Your third meal will consist of healthy lean meats, vegetables, fruits and whole grains.
Each week, you will learn something new about proper nutrition and how vital it is to healthy living. As you learn how to make healthy food choices, you will gradually replace the Take Charge® functional foods with healthy real foods, whether you're cooking at home or dining out with friends and family.

Regular exercise increases your overall level of energy, so you'll feel more active and burn more calories in day-to-day activities. So, whether it's walking, biking, swimming or a sport you played years ago, your Take Charge® Pharmacist will coach and guide you, at the right pace. Take Charge® will teach you how to make physical activity an enjoyable part of your daily life.
